About Festival

This is the 10th edition of the International Mime Art Festival at the Na Woli Theatre, thus far the largest selection of international shows. This year, the Festival will feature performances and short theatrical forms by artists from Puerto Rico, Spain, Germany, Russia, Italy, USA, Czech Republic and Poland. We are also going to hold a ten-day open workshop on mime theatre. About Festival

Ladies and Gentlemen,

This is the 10th edition of the International Mime Art Festival at the Na Woli Theatre, thus far the largest selection of international shows. This year, the Festival will feature performances and short theatrical forms by artists from Puerto Rico, Spain, Germany, Russia, Italy, USA, Czech Republic and Poland. We are also going to hold a ten-day open workshop on mime theatre. We will present to you the first part of the "Warsaw Pantomime" exhibition; we will also invite you to meetings and conversations with artists. For the first time, you will be invited to see open-air shows, while performances will be held every day for your convenience. We are proud to have created a festival which is recognizable on the theatrical map of Europe and the world. Despite the years, mime art has made attempts to and has been successful in expressing the anxiety, the feeling of being lost and also the joys of contemporary people without the need to use words.
